Igniting the Next Generation of World-Changers

How can we ignite more world changers?

How can I connect with the world changer in me?

What is the world searching for now?

Maybe:

Searching for truth

Searching for purpose

Searching for authenticity

Searching for a cause

Searching for a way to show up in an authentic way and express the truth, purpose, and identity they can live by and live for

When done at a deep heart level—at a spiritual level—coaching brings this.

What the world doesn’t want:

-To be told what to do

-To be preached at

-To be working in an area that doesn’t have meaning to them

-To be unseen

-To be unvalued

What the world does want:

-To be coached and empowered into who they are

-To find the message they are carrying that most resonates with their heart

-To make their life and work count, to have an impact for good

-To be seen

-To be valued

God understands this.

This is why the Lord is raising up people who can ignite the next generation to stand up in confidence, know who they are, and operate from an authority that comes from deep within—not only from a relational connection with God as their Father, but with a clarity of their purpose and life’s assignment. Once they are connected to this in fullness, at their heart level, passionate to bring the impact they were designed for, they are unstoppable.

This is what Co-Creative Transformational Coaching does: it ignites people into the world-changer God created them to be.

It starts with vision.

People cannot be in touch with their purpose without vision that has been inspired by God—vision created from deep within their heart, from those things that matter most to them, from the desires and ideas God created them with.

“Where there is no vision, the people perish.” – Proverbs 29:18

What can connect the next generation to vision that is big enough to ignite and awaken them to change the world for the better?

Co-Creative Coaching can—by helping them dive deep into all that resonates with them (past, present, and future). Then, by visioning with God in the midst: communicating with Him, asking Him questions, and hearing His answers.

This produces vision that sets people off for life—on their path.

If we try to tell someone what this vision should be or could be, it doesn’t work. It will be limited by our own thoughts and limitations. It needs to be coached from them—from their own heart, mind, and spirit. It needs to be influenced by God Himself.

If you can learn to do this, you can ignite many world-changers!

It means coaching both ‘being’ and ‘doing.’

Maturity doesn’t mean we are all action. God works on our inner world—our character, our identity, our ability to trust Him—well before He releases us into the bigness of our calling.

We know there is preparation, but what we don’t always realize is that most of this is preparation of our character and spirit. Skills and experience matter too, of course.

When we understand that our most impactful assignments come from our being—who we are and who we are becoming—we can focus on growing our inner life.

Instead of continuing with blind spots, relational issues, weaknesses, or an inability to trust God in all circumstances, when we grow ourselves in these areas—step out of our comfort zones, learn to deal with challenges, and grow in the midst of them—we mature. Coaching, counseling, or community support can help us here.

Then our being call grows. We become mature enough for God to trust us with greater influence and favor.

Coaching others to grow in their being call speeds up their progress into becoming a world-changer. Everyone and anyone can be this, if they choose!

Working on mindsets

Our thinking determines much of what we end up doing, who we become, and how far we go—how much God can use us.

Most of us don’t realize the discipline needed to develop thinking worthy of being a child of God.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” – Romans 12:2

Reading scripture ‘cleans’ our minds, but applying it to our work, relationships, and to activate our purpose requires making changes. We must learn to think bigger, to not limit God, to step out in greater faith, to avoid seeking comfort and safety. Instead, we can seek to be like Jesus, full of courage and compassion, and always ready to speak the truth. (In love of course)

We must realise that love is active—it sometimes means confronting or showing up and being honest about how we feel. If our mindsets or beliefs suppress this, we will not step fully into who God created us to be.

Coaching helps people break unhealthy, unhelpful, limiting mindsets and step into empowering, life-giving, courageous mindsets. This ignites the world-changer within them.

Balancing the supernatural with the practical

Our spiritual lives are not impractical. Jesus said:

“You are the salt of the earth.” – Matthew 5:13

When you add salt, everything tastes different. That’s the effect we’re called to have. Once we’ve been around, the atmosphere changes.

What difference do you make?

One reason I left my 9–5 and created this ministry was because I couldn’t see that my work was impacting the world much at all. Yes I knew I was impacting and developing people within my team, but it didn’t feel enough, I knew I was created for more.

I believe spiritual maturity can be measured by what impact you are making in the world. If you’re hiding, you’re wasting the potential God has given you. But you can grow, at any age, to discover your influence and bring change, making a big impact. This is very possible!

This journey involves taking God’s promises, your ideas, vision, passions, even your “soapbox” topics and dreams, and developing them.

Through Co-Creative Coaching, you can do this—using biblical tools, and being connected to God Himself, His voice, and His opinion—so the outcome is ‘co-created’.

The result? A practical plan, a strategy, real steps—not just hope. Faith in action. Incredible impact.

Learning to coach people into activation, journeying alongside God, is one of the most fulfilling roles you can experience. You can do this through the Co-Creative Coaching model.

It starts with vision.

It means maturing your being call alongside your doing call.
It involves work on your mindset.
It means stepping out with a courageous plan.

Which part are you ready for now?

Which part do you want to coach others through now?
