MODULE 101 – Laying Solid Foundations

- Learn key coaching mindsets that will help you in leadership, parenting and relationship with yourself, your co-workers, your spouse, your family, your friends, and God

MODULE 102 – The Coaching Journey
- Learn how the simple, Co-Creative Coaching Process of ‘passion, purpose and plan’, equips people to know their purpose and feel highly compelled to do it.
- Learn how to navigate through a coaching conversation using a professional structure
- Learn to connect people with their motivation and passion
- Gain an understanding of the internal process to lead people through towards sustainable positive change, using a proven, comprehensive coaching journey
- Learn which unhelpful communication habits can hold back your leadership and ability to empower others and how you can self-manage these. (Lisa – increased the productivity of her team and reduced her own stress levels beyond what she could have imagined by learning this and other techniques on this program.)

MODULE 103 – Multiple Levels of Listening
- Learn how to recognise and learn to operate on three different levels of listening, including the spiritual
- Learning how to become comfortable to communicate at a deeper level, understanding how to navigate into the spiritual realm, listening there and connecting to God.
- Upgrade your skills to lead conversations to a deeper level

MODULE 104 – Bringing Focus, Breakthrough and Engagement of the Heart and Spirit
- Learn about the power of your intuition and how to use it in communicating with others

- Learn some powerful life coaching tools, such as how to use a life wheel to help someone understand in which areas to develop their life and work
- Learn how to navigate past obstacles and empower people to skip straight into finding solutions
- Learn how to create safe environments for individuals and teams to develop a culture for exploration, inventiveness, creativity, and encounter
- Learn how to engage your own creativity in a coaching framework, developing your own personal style
- Go deeper into adding God and the ‘supernatural element’ into your coaching
- Learn and practice coaching tools to bring focus to a session
